By ZIVE, INC. Maker of Kiwi for Gmail
Zive, Inc., regrets to inform Kiwi for Gmail users who employ the Apple Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks operating system that it will end support with Kiwi for Gmail Version 1.8.97.
This affects fewer than two percent of the installed user base for Kiwi for Gmail worldwide.
The team at Zive knows that some Mac users have stayed with OS X 10.9 for good reasons.
However, Zive's plan to soon release a vastly improved and far more stable version of Kiwi for Gmail necessitates employing new software technology that is not backward compatible with OS X 10.9 Mavericks. Thus, the Zive team made the difficult decision to end support for those users.
Zive hopes that some of those users will upgrade to newer versions of OS X on their Mac.
OS X 10.9 users will receive one more upgrade. It will ensure that they are using Kiwi for Gmail Version 1.8.97, along with information informing them about the end of support for the product.
