Zive, Inc. Announces Two New Executive Hires Amid Expanding Company Growth

New York, NY - July 13, 2016 - Zive, Inc., a consumer software company devoted to humanized design that is beautiful, seamless and simple, today announced recent additions to the company’s senior management to meet the needs of Zive's rapid growth - Eric Wanta has been appointed as Zive’s Chief Marketing Officer and Alan Teague is the company’s new Vice President of Engineering. Both new hires join the Zive team as it releases a much-anticipated upgrade to Kiwi for Gmail, a full-featured email app for Mac users that takes pure Gmail and frees it from the web browser, now available internationally at the Mac App Store.

Eric Wanta, Zive's Chief Marketing Officer, is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 20 years experience that includes significant ecommerce and social media expertise. He is both a high level strategic thinker and a hands-on manager who brings strong execution to all of Zive’s marketing efforts.  Prior to Zive, Wanta has managed every facet of marketing for companies such as Lycos, Exari, Aquent and several other technology start up companies. He has a BA in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Wanta currently resides in Boston, MA.

Alan Teague, Zive's Vice President of Engineering, has an extensive background leading and solving complex software problems. With a focus on designing, building and managing software solutions, he has overseen numerous products and integrations going from concept to commercialization. With over 30-years of experience, Teague’s strong engineering and management skills will enable significantly enhanced execution without compromising the company's core product values. Before joining Zive, Teague was the Chief Architect and Senior Technical Director at Perforce Software. Teague has been involved in startups at all levels and holds both an MS and BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. He currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
